  1.                              License Agreement

  3.       1. General Provisions
  4.         1.1 The copyright exclusively belongs to  the  ASTRA  developer,
  5.             company Sysinfo Lab.
  6.         1.2 You can use unregistered version of the  program  within  14
  7.             days.  Having this period expired,  you must either register
  8.             the program or delete it from all your storage devices.
  9.         1.3 By using the program,  you agree to the following terms  and
  10.             conditions stipulated by this License Agreement.
  11.         1.4 If you do not agree with  such  terms  and  conditions  stop
  12.             using the program and delete it from your disks.

  14.       2. License Types
  15.         2.1 NON-COMMERCIAL  LICENSE   allows  using  ASTRA   only    for
  16.             non-commercial purposes (for home  use  and  by  educational
  17.             institutions).
  18.         2.2 BUSINESS LICENSE allows using ASTRA for commercial purposes.
  19.         2.3 SITE LICENSE gives you the right to use  ASTRA on any number
  20.             of computers within one company or organization.

  22.       3. Registration provides user with  a  non-exclusive  license  for
  23.       using ASTRA on a number of computers stipulated by  the  purchased
  24.       license.

  26.       4. Distribution
  27.         4.1 UNREGISTERED VERSION. You can freely distribute unregistered
  28.             version without changing its distributive.
  29.         4.2 REGISTERED VERSION. You have no right to sell,  lease or let
  30.             out on hire ASTRA registered version to third parties.

  32.       5. Upgrade  Policy
  33.       Registered customer are entitled to free upgrades during one  year
  34.       from the date of purchase.  It means that during one year you  can
  35.       download and install the latest registered versions of ASTRA  from
  36.       our site.  If you don't want to purchase an upgrade,  you can  use
  37.       the program forever;  it will never expire,  but you won't be able
  38.       to use the latest version. If you purchased the software more than
  39.       one year ago, you are no longer entitled to free upgrade; however,
  40.       you can purchase an upgrade to the latest version  at  a  special,
  41.       greatly discounted price,  and this upgrade will allow you to have
  42.       free upgrades for another year.

  44.       6. ASTRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS".  SYSINFO LAB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY
  45.       AND ALL WARRANTIES. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK.  SYSINFO
  46.       LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO  YOU  OR  ANY  THIRD  PARTIES  FOR  ANY
  47.       DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES AFTER
  48.       ANY USING OF THE PROGRAM. RESULTS OF THE PROGRAM'S OPERATION CAN'T
  49.       BE USED AS EVIDENCES OF ANY KIND.

  51.       7. You have no right neither to change,  decompile and disassemble
  52.       the program nor  to  change  the  documentation  and  distributive
  53.       content.
